Cons
Company perhaps taking on too much, if you get hired here, better hit the ground running; you learn as you go and you better produce results right away. Long workdays with little to no breathing time, may get a bit too stressful for those with little patience, working 10-12 hr workdays AND Saturdays is normal. You will probably be spending more time here than with your family. At-will employee status means they can fire you at any moment without giving you any reason, so watch out. . .
