      Pros

      Great learning environment with loads of talent to gravitate and learn from.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to other industries, and yes their is definently favoritism, even though it's low key. Great company, sometimes hailed as yuppievile. This advice goes to a young upcoming manager--I would say stay awhile, learn as much as you can, and go somewhere else to make the big money. The company will make it big time, but who want's to wait, if you got the skills knowledge and ability!

      -Young, vibrant culture creates a very fast-paced work environment (for some, this is a negative) -Selective hiring process means you get to work with lots of intelligent, hard-working people -Proud to tell others that you work at a company that is saving the planet -Lots of opportunities for advancement -Great upper management team

      Cons

      -Compensation can't compete with silicon valley high tech companies -Tremendous growth year over year has given the company some obvious growing pains -Despite the young culture, people are so overburdened with work that they can't stop to have any fun
