Pros
very energetic company, has passion for what they do. Your managers really work with you to help you succeed and there is constant training. Learned lots of new sales skills with this company. Company car and gas card for the outside sales role is also a huge plus. Base pay helps as well.
Cons
Way too many changes in the company, pretty much weekly. They constantly change their sales goals and quotas. They also change compensation options quite often. Sometimes these changes do not benefit employees that have been with the company for 3+ years. They also increased my responsibilities without higher compensation.
