      Pros

      Get to help people go solar. Meet a lot of cool people.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Pretty much 7 days a week and if you don't make quota your gone. The first sales meeting of the month was always interesting to see who was still there. Huge turnover including with middle and upper management. No opportunity for advancement and if you leave you lose all the commissions in your pipeline. In my case that's about $70K currently so I keep sticking it out hoping something will happen. I'm told I'm on the shortlist for advancement when it's available but I've been waiting two years.

      Work is slow and the pay isn't great anymore

      Pros

      Work from 6-2 get off early. Used to be a great place to work. Clean warehouse and supplies available. Team is strong and works hard at job site.

      Cons

      Manager is weak and doesn't stick up for employees. Let's some folks be lazy. Let's office staff sit back and talk all day very frustrating to see some people get paid to do nothing. Many of them are sitting at a desk watching youtube and videos. They also text a lot on their phones. Meanwhile we are out there busting our butts in all degree weather. Horrible work environment.

      Was great most of the time get used to a lot of secrets so much for transparency that they always harp on.

      Pros

      Great people, good pay, learned a lot very fast paced. Good training programs, incentives are good lots of overtime. Safety is a priority I always felt I had the right equipment to get a job done safely

      Cons

      Long hours stringent deadlines and always low manpower for given jobs. Often the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing at the same time.
