Pros
Positive attitude from coworkers. Also they send you away for a week to train which was fun.
Cons
They hype you up in training like you're about to make sooo much money. But when you break down the numbers of the commission it really isn't anything to celebrate. Then you're required to do your own lead generation if you're new, since all the leads are always being sent to the senior sales guys. Also you're expected to log hours in a Home Depot pestering customers who just want to buy a hammer, not a 30K solar system.
