As some of these reviews have stated, I would like to explain that I am a top performer in my region (NE). With that being said, I have sacrificed a good amount of time to crush my goals with this company. I have almost 60% of my business coming in from our awesome referral program. With the new bonus structure I would have to TRY to make less than 100k. Our channel has been given the green light to grow as fast as possible as well. With the solar industry being shaky right now, this company is in the best possible position. The money is here, the talent is here, and most of all, the best direction is here.

Cons

In the direct channel (100% commission) it is completely up to you alone to get your leads. I can't tell you how many nights I spent knocking doors until dark even with all the rejection. Expect to work extremely hard to meet your key customers who will refer you to their friends and neighbors. I do not mean to sound cliche, but the streets can be downright mean some days. If you do not do well with rejection call a company who hands you leads with people ready to sign them up.

If you hit us it numbers, and a rockstar, then you really work when you want and it's really rewarding. Good pay plus commission .

Cons

Let go of many key leaders and management to competitors.. Ever since new district management everything went downhill. First new managers then re alignments of which managers get which stores then you guys are trying to change what worked for us? On how we do things right to get our opps and CW? No this used to be the best solar company and is still the largest but let me repeat myself... NOT THE BEST SOLAR COMPANY. I feel bad for all the people I converted to go solar threw this company and is stuck for 20-30 years! But then again I just had to do my job.
