*Lack of transparency from management, saying one thing and doing something completely different
*The CTO is a bad manager, does not know how to talk to employees and only creates anger and confusion. After a conversation we had with him one of the very senior executives called us and said very clearly "what the CTO said on issue X is a complete lie"
More than once or twice people complained about him in "Ask me everything" meetings with senior management

* The amount of RSU for new employees is ridiculous, allotment of shares is done only at the end of the 4 years and not as part of annual reviews.
shares are vested once a year and not every quarter after the first year
* Currently there is a mass resignation of employees all over the world from junior employees to very senior executives
