      Pros

      Good benefits, HMO up to 4 dependents even for single, free meal allowance, other monetary benefits, and other freebies / prizes. Kind and collaborative team members

      Cons

      Low to Average base pay, people are leaving the team, and the manager are too slow in hiring replacement and additional people, that's why the workload is divided to those who stay, as a result, it brings stress and too much workload that we can handle
