      Pros

      Mass Layoffs of around 20 employees on a single day. Good thing is compensation is paid for 45days. Immediately relieving orders and payment made.

      Cons

      No proper explanation for this action. Even 5 months old employees were sacked. What's the plan for hiring us. No vision. Just hire and fire.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, good atmosphere. Reasonable benefits, good stocks program. Technologically interesting, challenging work.

      Cons

      Company grows too fast, some ways how to do things does not work anymore. Very hectic and time consuming work, nearly impossible to find good work-life balance. Home office not supported. Professional trainings and education practically does not exist and is not enough supported. Difficult to be promoted (you are expected to do for a long period of time both your work and also work of desired promotion).

      Pros

      Reasonably smart people, interesting products. The company has found a niche that it serves well and is generally good at executing a plan to serve that niche.

      Cons

      * Management team manages by intimidation. I witnessed (and in a few cases experienced) extremely unprofessional behavior by senior execs that was meant to make the victim certain that management is in charge. * Engineering employees' jobs are always at risk. Much of the front line coding is done offshore.
