Pros

They are relatively new and have been able to acquire top talent. Unfortunately the talent is starting to leave.

Cons

Employee morale is terrible. Leadership seems to be at odds. There is a major disconnect between departments and goals are not properly aligned. The benefits package is described as "standard" but employee costs have significantly increased while employer contributions have decreased.

Pros

Good experience, reasonable pay, bonus opportunity, yearly review with salary increase ( 1-5 %).

Cons

Too much work for too little people. Overworked. Manager did not help choose priorities and still gave bad reviews after the fact. Job field makes it difficult to feel appreciated, fellow co-workers typically dont like you (based on job type), making it difficult to enjoy your work.

Not many. Upper management just seems like they are after what will get them more $ at the end of the day.

Cons

They are now in the process of moving jobs to India. Upper management doesn't care about the everyday employee. Beware.
