Growing as company growing since last 3 years, Support from Top levels encourage to anticipate more in growth culture. Company vision is very much clear and investing a lot on People & in new Acquisitions to become even more strong.

Cons

Looking no Down stream in any manner. Everyone is on same page to become part of growth culture. I am feeling really amused being part of Solenis and being inspired from our leaders. They are doing great job and working in Collaboration and as one team will create new Era in 2019.
