      Pros

      A fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement. The company continues to grow at a double-digit pace year after year and is on track for another record year in 2023. Love that our Executive team shares this data with all employees so everyone knows how we are doing as a company. With all of the growth, the company is creating career paths this year and is focused on training to develop our employees.

      Cons

      None. I've been in the industry for over 20 years and this is the best company by far.

      Soleo is the best company I have ever worked for by far!

      I have been in the Home Infusion business for over 25 years and I have to say, Soleo is the best company that I have ever worked for! Our CEO, Drew Walk is a pharmacist and a lot of the executive team are clinicians too. All decisions are made based on what is best for patient care. I am a nurse, so this approach is very important to me. We have had a lot of growth the past few years because of our excellent patient care. I have been with Soleo for 9 years now and plan to work for Soleo for the rest of my career. I can proudly say that I work for the very best Home Infusion Company in the nation!

      Sometimes keeping up with our growth can be challenging, but our leadership is very supportive of what is needed in each location to support our growth.
