My manager is superb and is someone I continue to look up to as an example of leadership within the company. She is reasonable, flexible and understanding but also challenges me to help me grow professionally and clinically. I also appreciate the hours/flexibility and on-call extra hours.

Cons

Benefits could be better for employees-more time off, better 401k match.
