      As a field nurse you plan your own schedule.

      Cons

      Poor IT, no official HR department, patients with new diagnoses and meds without any notification they are adding them to your scope of practice and education is being told to look it up on YouTube. Horrible "benefits" and low pay which is why they don't have good management. More focus on sales then overall, quality management. All reasons why I went elsewhere to go fulltime.
