      Great in principle, needs to improve practice

      Pros

      Loved the work and the patients, good pay and benefits, willing to train as needed. Local managers were very kind and hard working.

      Cons

      Lots of disconnect between corporate and local branch. Needs to improve organization both locally and corporately, and streamline communication.

      Occasional free meals, flexible days you can request off

      Cons

      Poor management with no communication or direction, extremely overstaffed with high levels of burnout 1:>200 patients per pharmacist, no corporate support, lack in training, benefits are worse than most places, coworkers create a toxic work environment
