Throughout my time here at Soleo, I have had the chance to work with some great, supportive teammates and managers who want to see everyone succeed. It is nice working for a company that is rapidly growing, and it has allowed me to grow my personal career as well.

Great in principle, needs to improve practice

Loved the work and the patients, good pay and benefits, willing to train as needed. Local managers were very kind and hard working.

Cons

Lots of disconnect between corporate and local branch. Needs to improve organization both locally and corporately, and streamline communication.
