Pros

Soleo does things the right way. Ethics and compliance are always at the forefront. I feel appreciated by my team/leaders and that goes a long way. Soleo is continuing to grow and that is a great sign in this economy! I feel that we put our patients first and truly care about getting them on service quickly but also accurately!

Cons

Every company has things they can improve on but if I could pick 1 thing it would be to have a dedicated training team to onboard new hires from Day 1 through their on-the-job training.

Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Good compensation. Company seems to care about their patients.

Cons

High volume can be a challenge. Communication can also lack at times. Not enough PTO time for me, but standard is 3 weeks.
