Good hours, good job, great CSR employees, great pay..
Cons
Point system, have to work sick. Supervisors are awful, they don't care about employees at all. Horrible treatment. They treat everyone like thieves, have to document EVERYTHING, 2 minute restroom breaks. They force employees to take less time at lunch than what schedule actually states. Horrible double standards throughout the company. 99%of employees truly dislike their Allstate supervisors and leave to different platforms almost immediately... All State needs to be informed of the butchery happening there....
