      Solera - Worst company to work for!

      Pros

      I never witnessed any pros to being an employee at Solera.

      Cons

      Worked with a company for over 10 years and we had a great team, product and work life. Solera purchased the company, layed off several departments and did not have a plan in place which negatively impacted our team, our customers and our product. Zero assistance from management. Was very sad to see the employees treated in such a manner. Solera has proved time and time again that no matter how good a company is, it can easily be ruined.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to earn the art of negotiating with a lot of fast paced deal cycles.

      Cons

      Intense pressure from above to hit insane monthly numbers, making every day stressful. Began not making commission after a while because of “clawbacks” which is customers cancelling faster than 6 months. Flawed system with terrible leadership.
