      A few colleagues from Spain and Germany are nice and supportive.

      - Mobbing and micromanagement culture from supervisors and management. - All my candidates were stolen from my supervisor with the support of the Management. - they cheat about your performance for their benefit - If you say "No" to something, the Manager will call you and blame you and gaslight you - Manipulation is the key to this environment.
