Pros

Your last day at Solera will be the best day of your career You'll realize how great your previous employers were

Cons

Employees are expected to be soldiers. Soldiers not knowing what they fight for and that don't earn any respect from their senior officer. Focus is on making everything look nice, not to actually make good things. HR also plays by this rule. As long as the social network accounts are fed with cool pictures, everything is OK for them. Once you're in the company, they no longer care about you. Employees rarely stay long in the company.

Pros

- Work with extremely talented engineers - New up-to-date technology to work with - Competitive pay - Work is genuinely interesting - Tony (CEO) is very passionate about the vision which makes it easy to want to work on the product

Cons

- office location isn't ideal in Dallas area (North Fort Worth area that's quite a drive if you live downtown) - sometimes difficult to communicate with teams in other locations due to time difference - leadership could make a few slight changes to their approach

Pros

Pay scale & benefits great. Plenty of opportunities for over time. Overall communication with supervisors or other departments was good. Training was adequate. Opportunities for cross training between clients. My immediate supervisor was wonderful.

Cons

The only real complaints I had was their point system & lack of pay raise opportunities. I truly enjoyed my job. I enjoyed working for the client I was trained for, I enjoyed my shift. There was no opportunities for hourly pay raises, although there had been previously.
