Pros

I have been working as a Software Engineer II during the past 2 years in Solera. Company has good benefits package and a complex system that has put me through technical problems that has made me earn a lot of experience. Working with USA based clients also made me improve my confidence speaking and communicating on English language

Cons

Sadly, salary raises are hard to get. Managers are just completely off the grid following employees career path. People get fired in large chunks and without previous notification.

Pros

Great people in the Oregon office. They are smart, knowledgeable, and dedicated.

Cons

The leadership team has no clue what they are doing, or their strategic future. The senior leadership team would frequently make decisions without doing any investigation, causing tons of employee turn over and loss of knowledge.
