Call Center support- response to inbound calls Typically uses script dialogue, inquiry to product support, billing sales, or return/repair.

the training length can be longer. week 1/2 was not enough for me.

Good people, team mates are great to work with

Cons

Management is not transparent at all. Some ego fights or afraid to loose their "power to the people" because of lack skills which was hidden with the time. No proper product management, is more a project based company Under pressure from the shareholders to restructure and re-sell the company soon
