They overhire and then layoff to bring in strugglers from other divisions. Constant process changing for no reason other than ESG/DEI points.

Cons

You barely get any direction bc management is too busy fighting about how to try and get leads. Their social media dept doesn’t exist and for a billion dollar conglomerate this is embarrassing bc it’s a free-for-all for sales. Wild West.
