Working at Solera was a great experience - the onboarding process was well-structured, the atmosphere friendly, and the compensation very competitive.

Cons

The work-life balance could be improved, but overall it was a highly positive experience.

There is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Everything about this place is a con. Employees are not seen as human beings, just dispensable numbers on a spreadsheet. 401k match is a joke and never paid on time; bonuses are laughable and, again, never paid on time. Employees are expected to absorb the responsibilities of others rather than hire replacements for leavers. Huge supporters of outsourcing positions to companies in India to save a buck.
