Pros
Easy to advance, they promote from within, ability to work from home with good performance, schedules are set 6 months out so you can plan around it but they also allow you to be flexible if needed.
Cons
Low pay, back to back calls, basically a glorified message-taking job. When an upset person calls you will not be able to actually help in a meaningful way, you can only send a message to the dealership and the dealerships don’t often follow up so you might get the same upset caller again.
