      1.Intelligent people. You cannot help but get smarter working with the people in this company. 2.Everyday is different due to working with many different companies, products, and business lines. If you are looking to work on a variety of projects and gain experience with some of the biggest names in the auto and digital security industries, come on down! 3. New leadership is helping to bring clarity and direction on a global level which is new for Solera.

      Cons

      Still a lot of chaos derived around messaging, direction and working as one cohesive global unit.

      Too much drama and complicating things. Should be more data driven and less emotionally driven.

      Pros

      Lax environment, free to pursue opportunities to further compensation and not restrict yourself to the dialer.

      Cons

      Opportunities have thinned out, when the company first started the opportunity to pursue commissions was much higher and attainable but now the goals that are set by management does not reflect the reality of whats available by any means. There are a lot of politics involved within the sales managers and sales agents.
