Hello and thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you met and worked with really great people here at Autodata, but it is always disappointing to hear when a former colleague is unhappy about some aspects of the company.
We appreciate the business is going through a period of change and, as we look to introduce these changes, this can make things testing at times for anybody. We do believe these challenges are the same for any organisation as it changes, however, I will pass on your comments to our Board of Directors. I do know they are aware that these changes can be unsettling for some people and we will continue to do our best to talk through things with our employees. Our managers and HR team are, of course, always on hand and happy to discuss any issues or thoughts our colleagues may have.
As a former employee you will be aware that Chris Wright, the MD of sister company, cap hpi is now at the helm for Autodata. Chris is a very experienced MD and has a 100% positive rating amongst cap hpi employees, past and present. Chris, with his management team encourages all feedback into the business whether that reflects something that we could do better, or something we do really well.
