      Some talented individuals and collaborative teams at lower levels You can to rise to the top if you play the internal politics Company has strong market share this will eventually be lost without change

      Senior management runs the company with a hard stick - fit in or go. They spent their time telling you what you have done wrong and how well they have done Leadership do not live the company values. You must be able to speak about the company values at every chance, normal communication does not work Individual and team performance is not recognised, there is a blame, fear and back stabbing culture Strategy constantly changes and is always communicated as the CEOs rather than managers
