Good salary, good benefits, great people to work with.

Cons

Doesn't appreciate employees. More bosses then subordinates (with absurd salaries). Like tons of VPS and few analysts and engeneering. Any carreer plan, like, non at all. Impossible to grow and no salary reajustments.
