Believe all the negative reviews. This place is by far most toxic culture I've ever experienced professionally and it all starts with upper management. They push their own agendas at the expense of employees and customers. It's all for the shareholders and to try to IPO (if they can ever convince anyone to actually believe in the company enough to invest in it, which I personally think will never happen). I have personally seen 8 different director and VP level employees resign over the past 2 years and it's all due to what I described above and toxic executives at the top. They also have fired so many good employees, we can't bill, build, onboard, or support existing or new customers at all, but that doesn't stop leadership from mandating sales and quotas from teams and departments that aren't even in sales! There is so much more I can say but suffice to say, this place will crash and burn soon and you don't want to be there when it happens.

Management is horrible all the way up to the CEO. They only care about themselves and how they look. They don't care that the business is tanking. If you think you can grow with this company....WRONG!! Think you're going to get a bonus or COL increase? WRONG AGAIN!! The environment is so toxic I wouldn't hire a dog to work here!! It's going to crash and burn sooner rather than later. HR is a joke because who doesn't have an employee handbook. Why can't you talk to someone directly? Don't go to HR for help they aren't there to help you.
