      Pros

      Many years ago, there was room for advancement, now it stays with the management click and their friends

      Cons

      Have to do too many jobs at once, very stressful, especially when working on a very important job and told to take incoming calls, check inboxes, etc.....used to be fun but then became fun for just a few.

      Laid back dress code, catered meals, drinks fridge, interesting work space

      Cons

      So so many. A very toxic culture. Too many hours leads to burn out and high turnover. Nothing you do will ever ever be good enough. HR philosophy is based on buzzwords instead of established good employment practices, no bonus payouts ever, disrespectful unprofessional behavior, did I mention the long hours? This place is not for any sane individual who doesn't buy into cults.

      Pros

      The staff are amazing, great camaraderie across all divisions, family feel with a corporate edge. If you have a good idea then it is likely that they will implement it, good ideas are acted on! Flat hierarchy, all SMT incredibly approachable

      Cons

      Even though the office location is great and offices are fine they could be much more 2018.
