      Apart from the great staff, who leave all too quickly, very little to be said that is positive apart from free coffee/tea.

      Cons

      American corporate culture that clashes with UK A very aggressive culture was introduced which changed the dynamics of the company to the extent that staff turnover went from a very low base to a constant churn by the time I left.
