Pros

They're really good at following the processes they set up, except for when someone needs something urgent. Which happens to be all the time.

Cons

This is an accounting company that happens to have a software product. They also aren't in business to fulfill a need for the market, they are in business to make money. That results in this being the most toxic development environment I've ever worked at.

Cons

Cookie cutter office. If you abide by their specific workflow and you have a different workflow but still meet or exceed goals/expectations, you will get accused of not doing your job. Lot of drama between co-workers and people that need to get into your business. Unorganized training and you will get different answers from different people about critical procedures. There seems to be no real "right" way to do something. Training needs a serious overhaul. High turn over rate. Feels that management picks favorites and micromanages the others. Micromanagement.
