Great people at Identifix but many have been fired or have quit. Those that are left hate working under the Solera leadership, they have damaged a great company.

Cons

Terrible leadership from Solera the parent company of Identifix. People are fired or eliminated with no thought to how it will impact the company.

As the agency said “these guys are insanely rich” All your luxury dream could can true but only stay in the office

Cons

Disorganised. From office management to project management Arrogant culture. Nice colleagues left quickly. Hierarchy. More leadership roles than hands on ones.
