      Pros

      The air conditioning is great living in the Florida heat and they have roomy break rooms.

      Cons

      The only cons of working with customer service. Having to deal with your job, the customer.

      Pros

      I have only been with the company for about 3 months now but this is the best company I have worked for by far. The managers really care about their employees. The company wants you to have a work to life balance and they just generally care about their employees

      Cons

      The Solera Way is something that takes a little getting used to but once you have it down its pretty much smooth sailing

      Pros

      Very good perks and flexible working schedule.

      Cons

      you have to figure out things by your self, which requires a lot of communication skills. I actually think this is one of the pros.Lol
