      The overall team spirit and mindset followed by interesting projects. Following the digital transformation (career) opportunities are there.

      Very good perks and flexible working schedule.

      Cons

      you have to figure out things by your self, which requires a lot of communication skills. I actually think this is one of the pros.Lol

      Lack of local, effective, knowledgeable management Lying to employees and customers Most employees leave within 2 years HR bully's employees No such thing as working hours, you are always working, even weekends and late evening. No care of employees outside of work, it is all about driving more revenue and profit.
