      Employees are great people to work with.

      Solera has no clue how Identifix operates and is running it into the ground. Used to be an amazing company. A Shame.

      Work from home. Great pay.

      Cons

      Upper management issues. All the good hard workers left right after new owners took over. We had the best team lead that could "find" work for everyone. Reason I left "low workflow"!!

      Fast paced company. Great financial health. Global structure. Unfortunately these are the only things I can think at this moment....

      Cons

      There is no clear strategy behind the business. HQ ignores local requirements of each region. Upper managers are poorly prepared, and HR practices are ridiculous. Solution for every issue is to fire the employee before even trying to support/fix the issue. Turnover is HUGE.
