Terrible Culture, no advancement opportunities, no promoting from within Run and Run fast. If you are an employee in the field you are just a number and a means to an end. You will not be valued as an employee or a person for that matter. Current management brings "friends" into the company for with no experience or product knowledge and they are given jobs that could be granted to current employees to grow their careers. One more thing....Plan to never be home. Territories are too large and field personnel are spread way too thin. There is absolutely zero work life balance at this company. Do yourself a favor and remember "less is more" in this case less money will equal more happiness. RUN
