Stay away, uncommonly bad place to work

Pros

Their pay is somewhat competitive, which probably has to do with the fact that they can't keep employees

Cons

You will be coerced and shamed into working an absurd schedule and meet ridiculous deadlines on a daily basis. Turnover is the highest I've ever seen, from executives to individual contributors. Everybody is miserable and unhappy. Everybody is looking to get out. HR has no clue on what to do. The company struggles on many other aspects: outdated technology, lack of resources due to cost-cutting pressure, inability to integrate the various acquisitions, and total lack of innovation.

Pros

Great company to work for, ideas are always welcome. Fast paced sales environment and a lot of growth potential.

Cons

There are no cons working for this company. Upper management is very personal and good at connecting with their employees.

Great people and benefits

Pros

My team and I have had many domestic and international travel opportunities. We plan monthly happy hours and team bonding events, and have flexible schedules when it comes to work/life balance. You are own your own to plan and achieve your mission, which could be a good or bad thing. Free gym membership, free food, and good medical benefits...

Cons

Not a lot of recognition or communication from senior management. Some departments do not have a good work/life balance. Some late nights pulled when prepping for a big event or meeting.
