HR is basically a ghost department, sometimes they reply, sometimes don't. Asking them sometimes can take days to be addressed.

nice office, (at the moment) opportunity to WFH, competitive salary, company is doing well (afaik), interesting product, you will never be bored

Cons

high fluctuation of employees, sometimes chaotic (common in software companies), many experienced people have left the company, inconsistency of WFH policy, overall bad communication, lack of local management level. some products use old technology
