10yThere has been a renewed focus on building out an innovation center in South Jordan.. the management team are not ex-mechanics. great place for innovative software engineers who want to work on new product development. Company cares about employees, great perks and flexibility, and is expanding to another floor soon in the Riverpark office.

10yWe hold daily standups to help us Think 80/20 within each team; each month there is a town hall team communication to keep employees updated on information across the organization. We do have annual merit reviews in the spring of each year as long as the Company is achieving. We also ask employees to follow an uncommon onboarding where they LISTEN, LEARN & ASK ... and make it their responsibility to get what they need for assimilation in a new role or new mission. We are not perfect, but we strive to help each other and help everyone to be successful!!
