Pros

Good location, free parking. Free coffee.

Cons

Need to live every week like Friday is your last day, it has happened to many with more to come. New owner only cares about how much money he can make off the backs of others, charge more to customers, no raises, cut any bonus money or raise goal levels so don't need to pay. All about quantity at the cost of quality.

Pros

Product Development staff is friendly for the most part. Flexible and casual work environment, ping pong table, and free snacks are nice.

Cons

Not impossible, but very difficult to get any raise (The CEO seems to have it figured out though). Management has even indicated there is no pool of money for raises. No bonus for software staff below management. Unpredictable work hours at times. Frequent night/weekend work is uncompensated/under-appreciated. Health benefit cost went up substantially in 2016 (Family medical premiums increased over 150% from the year prior for the same coverage), resulting in a large cut to your total compensation. Time to look elsewhere. Seems like a lot of people have the same idea unfortunately.

Pros

They offer a well stocked refrigerator for breakfast, lunch and dinner options so you never have to leave the office. Water, tea and power drinks are also a plus.

Cons

The positive ratings on this site are written by request. Leadership is watchful of any/all Glassdoor comments which is interesting since they don't seem to really care much at all about engaging their employees once someone accepts a job offer. All of the negative reviews are factual. Hiring and people practices are disgraceful at best. Folks who still work there feel that the company went private so they could better hide and cover up their unethical business and people practices. The stock price was on a severe decline and the credit rating is BB- with a negative outlook... I wouldn't bet my career on this company.
