Pros

Co-workers were generally easy going and nice. They were always willing to help out, which made it feel like a good team atmosphere. Good Benefits. This is a great place if you are in between jobs, but most certainly not a career.

Cons

Management is not on the same page. Two different managers will tell you two different things for the same scenario. If they offer to bring you on full time, fight to get every penny you can, because once you sign, you will never get a raise... even though they expect you to learn more products. Not many opportunities to move up or progress.

Brutal environment.

Pros

As a whole the company is full of good people and executive pay was very good.

Cons

While executives received good bonuses and salaries, the culture is brutal. During my time with AudaExplore the entire U.S. Executive turned over in 2.5 years and several positions had turned over twice. During several growing profitable years, employees received little raises or bonuses. The CEO's stance is that the employees are assets to be used. Only the top 10 percent are invested in and the rest are replaceable.
