- Generally a great group of people on the team - New President brought in a culture of transparency that is refreshing - Everyone is encouraged to make a difference - Output is highly valued; praise and promotions based on results over all else - Spacious office; nice campus setting - Managers most have open door policies and structure if flat

Cons

- In a transition phase - our President has brought in a new culture and vision that many have difficulty adapting to - Location (for me, at least) - Pay could be better - Current product requires a lot of maintenance so it can be difficult to find time to focus on strategic objectives
