      Pros

      Many opportunities to obtain new roles / challenges. It's a company that is not set in its ways and is willing to invest and do new things.

      Cons

      A bit chaotic at times. Can be difficult for people that don't like rapid change and many org changes. Raises don't happen often

      Vacation time, benefits, not micromanaged in my department, all the raffles they have to win TVs and gift cards,

      In my department raises are based on meeting numbers that we can't control. No career ladder unless the oldies retire, bit stressful at times
