      Pros

      Great team of employees to work with. Perks are very good. The working with the dealerships and seeing them grow is a reward.

      i think some of the employees are not given all the information need to do the job at times.

      Pros

      I love working for AutoPoint. I love the principles that they embody as a company as well as their management philosophy of investing in their employees to help them grow and progress which further benefits the company as a whole. I am a college student and for someone by age there is not better paying job than working at AutoPoint. The hours are great and the culture is excellent.

      No real cons really come to mind.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the way that Solera has introduced the guiding principles. The SMT are great people and I enjoy working with all employees.

      Cons

      I do not have much to add to this area. Like I said, I have really enjoyed working for AutoPoint and I haven't found anything that I do not enjoy.
