Pros

Upper management has always given me to support to succeed and advance in my career. I believe in this company and the forward progress under new ownership of Solera and look forward to growing with the company. Benefits are great and there are always open opportunities for advancement!

Cons

This company is constantly evolving and changing. If you are a person that is afraid of change and challenges, then this company is not for you. But if you love a challenge and take pride in saying “I was a there when, and look at what we have become” then this is an excellent place for you!

Pros

The only positive thing that comes to mind when I think of AudaExplore is free coffee, but the kind that might be served in prisons and jails. I guess if you need something positive, the tuition reimbursement program doesn't completely make me want to vomit in my mouth.

Cons

Where do I start? Let's see. No raises in over FIVE years. They have a bonus plan that is absolutely rigged for failure for 80-90 percent of employees. Management is completely inept in nearly every facet of business, and those that weren't, were either fired or left the company. A lower level employee has nearly ZERO chance of advancement, even the educated ones. The hours are terrible. The company changed operating hours to avoid paying an afternoon shift premium. People that have worked there for decades still work on Saturdays. The quality assurance program is a joke, with unqualified people passing judgment even though they don't possess any critical thinking skills. Processes are changed without warning or testing applicability of the change. The software used to establish vehicle values is archaic. Everything is always breaking, and the only things that management actually spend money on get used for a year then gets discarded. The culture is rotting like a corpse in the summer. People HATE working there. I have been gone for a while, and to a person, everybody that has left is in better shape spiritually since leaving the company.

Dear Valuation Specialist, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your experience was not positive while working at AudaExplore. Valuation Specialist (VSR) are responsible for delivering total loss valuations to our insurance clients while exceeding the client’s SLA. A fast, fair, and accurate settlement value helps our insurance clients drive customer satisfaction during their customers time of need following the total loss of their vehicle. Given this mission, the VSR position is a results oriented role with performance expectations focused on speed of execution and the relentless drive to deliver high quality valuations to our customers. We also constantly challenge ourselves to raise the bar on our performance to exceed our customers expectation and be their vendor of choice. We believe we have a superior total loss solution in the marketplace, making this an exciting time to be a part of our dynamic and client focused team. The VSR team has been doing a great job of delivering service excellence this year. In FY14, 82+% of associates received a quarterly incentive for meeting or exceeding mission expectations. We also increased the average incentive payout by 25%. These are the facts and we are optimistic about the future. In fact, in the last 12 months, we have welcomed 14 new associates to the VIS team, 70% of whom have already celebrated more than 10 years or more with our company. In addition 20 associates were promoted into new missions. Again, those are the facts. Finally, there have been NO changes to scheduled hours. Once again, I am sorry you did not have a good experience with us. I can assure others reading this that we strongly believe we have the right leader running our VIS business, the right team of associates focused on the right missions to drive success, and the global assets, financial strength (of Solera), and spirit of innovation that will allow us to win in the marketplace. Thank you again for your feedback and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Regards, Greg von der Linden Vice President of Human Resources 858-946-1918

Pros

The Solera Way is a compass, pointing you in the direction you need to go (the 20) and giving you the freedom to own the result (the 80); if you want to challenge yourself and test your real potential, this is one of the best professional and personal experiences you can have. Solera invests in people in uncommon ways - through the Solera Institute (3-day event that is kind of like the Amazing Race, the Apprentice, and Survivor blended together) through LIFT to LIFE (6 month charitable mission program) and constant opportunities to deploy onto new teams and missions. Most importantly, through 90/10 teammates who will help you sharpen your performance everyday. It's about being humble (it's ok to fail if you are willing to learn from it), hungry (constant dissatisfaction) and hunting (innovate, go for the win). In any position in the company, you are encouraged to be creative and challenge the status quo and find a more efficient, more digital, more Uncommon way...the Solera Way! The CEO is a visionary entrepreneur who inspires people to be their best.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, it can get very demanding and fast pace and you have to manage your workload to keep up. It's not for everyone, you have to be willing to raise your own bar and be open to new things and ambiguity.
