      Pros

      Access to latest & greatest technology and opportunities to grow internally are always present. I have worked with some truly incredible people here and the overwhelming majority of staff are brilliant colleagues to have.

      Cons

      Some internal issues due to restructures and acquisitions. Discussions around bonus don't always feel transparent, but this is often understandable, although still frustrating.

      Have products to sell that work.

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. Management makes environment hostile. Human resources is non responsive. Company lacks internal processes. Requires sales executives to do 3 or 4 jobs with low pay. Unable to obtain employees. Not a good place to work.

      None! In the last year of the solera acquisition of Spireon, This WOKE, global company has destroyed Spireon

      Cons

      No leadership, unprofessional and WOKE culture, several customers have not received their service bills in over 6 months and when they do, they are incorrect.
