The CEO is completely disconnected as is the executive staff. They can’t hold on to an employee to save their life because there are no retention models. No exit interviews. Same with clients. Place is a desert and sales are in the toilet. Solera is in debt and not paying their bills. They just don’t fix anything. Google billing or debt and Solera and you’ll see what we have to deal with every day.

Even before my leaving, the way people were unceremoniously and very publicly laid off in an all hands teams call raised red flags for many people company wide and initiated a mass exodus of people with zero confidence in the company. Bonuses were promised and not delivered upon, among many other issues that would be massive red flags in any enterprise level company.
